Azmi Bishara (Arabic: عزمي بشارة, Hebrew: עזמי בשארה, born July 22, ),[1] is an Arab Israelipolitician.
He is a Palestinian and an Israeli citizen.

Bishara was a member of the Israeli Knesset (MK) as a member of the Baladparty from to April He is also the leader of that political party.[1][2]
His resignation happened during news that the Israeli security services said he had committed many crimes.[3] The news at that time did not say what the crimes were.
